You may withdraw your consent at any time for optional uses, without this affecting your access to the service.
Retention periods
In accordance with PIPEDA principles and Quebec's Law 25, personal information is retained only for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The retention periods we apply are:

- Billing data (invoices, amounts, payment methods): retained for 7 years, in accordance with Canadian tax obligations.
- Browsing data (cookies, log files, IP addresses): retained for up to 13 months.
- Customer service communications: retained for 24 months after the last interaction.
At the end of these periods, personal information is destroyed or irreversibly anonymized. You can request early deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal obligations (notably tax obligations).
